It is water based epoxy coating  supplied in two parts consists of two polymer components. It can be used on wet or moist concrete surfaces. It has excellent wetting, adhesion and elasticity. Due to its moisture tolerant structure, it is an excellent top coat for floor and walls coating. StenCoat® 2EP 401  is hygienic and easy cleaning material. Depends on application thickness it is resistant to diluted organic and inorganic acids and alkalies, oils, fuels and antifreezes and many cleaning chemicals. It prevents dusting of, wetting of and water permeation to the surface and increase its resistant to dirt pickup and oxidation.
